What an eventful week this has been!

SATURDAY:
Hours Slept:
23:00 – 08:00 I woke up early and wide awake!
Feeling:
Great all day. I could have had a workout, but had to spend the day relaxing in preparation of tomorrow’s mud-run.
Travel:
Drove to work (due to having to pick up a box of equipment needed to teach)
Work Hours:
09:90 – 10:00

CXWORX
Workout:
Rest Day.
Tablets:
1 daytime and 1 night-time formula

SUNDAY
Hours Slept:
02:00 – 08:00
Feeling:
For whatever reason, I just wasn’t tired this evening. (Sure, it could have had something to do with being stuck on a videogame and being stubborn and not hitting the sack until I’d finished it!) But then when I woke up, I felt great!
Travel:
40-minute drive to mud-run
Work Hours:
None.
Classes Taught:
None.
Workout:
10 mile obstacle course - I managed to beat my time from last year, despite it being a longer, harder course and actually training less than last year. Awaiting this weeks DOMS.

2 daytime and 2 night-time formula

MONDAY
Hours Slept:
23:00 – 07:00 Deep sleep, feeling good this morning.
Feeling:
A small amount of DOMS today, but nowhere near as much as I would have expected.
Travel:
5km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
09:30 – 18:00
Classes Taught:
Spin 19:00 – 19:45, HIIT Training 19:45 – 20:15
Workout:
Rest Day.
Tablets:
1 daytime and 1 night-time formula

TUESDAY
Hours Slept:
22:00 – 07:00 Deeper than normal sleep.
Feeling:
I felt AWESOME. Woke up fresh and DOM-Free
Travel:
3-hour train journey.
Work Hours:
Off.
Classes Taught:
Workout:
Due to being away from work for the night I did a Bulgarian Bag circuit at the gym nearby.

WEDNESDAY
Hours Slept:
23:00 – 07:00
Feeling:
I had an awful night sleep, but this was due to staying in THE worst hotel you have ever seen!
Travel:
3-hour train home.
Work Hours:
Course: 08:30-16:30
Classes Taught:
None.
Workout:
None.
Tablets:
1 daytime and 1 night-time formula

THURSDAY
Hours Slept:
22:30 – 05:45.
Feeling:
I woke up 61-minutes early and spent the time catching up on coursework missed from the last few days.
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
06:45 – 14:45
Classes Taught:
HIIT Spin 07:15 – 07:45, CXWORX 09:30 – 10:00
Workout:
Chest and Triceps for 50-minutes.

FRIDAY
Hours Slept:
22:45 – 08:30
Feeling:
Today I didn’t start work until 2pm, so I didn’t set an alarm. Usually I’d sleep in until around 10/11 am, but today I woke up early, feeling better than normal. I went into work early for a workout.
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
14:00 – 22:00
Classes Taught:
None.
Workout:
A high volume back and bicep session. Felt strong throughout.
